1. Acceptance

Welcome to Pip Pose. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and DaChenAI regarding your use of the App. By downloading, installing or using the App you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The Service

The App is an AI photo-coaching tool that analyzes the live camera frame to offer suggestions on shooting approach, composition, positioning, pose and captions. All suggestions are advisory only and do not guarantee any particular result; final decisions are yours.

3. License & Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not: reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code; use the App for any unlawful or infringing purpose; interfere with the App’s operation; or circumvent membership/subscription mechanisms.

4. Your Content

Photos you take with the App are entirely yours. They are stored only on your device and system library; we claim no rights to them and do not upload or access their content.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its interface, text, icons, pose-guide images, algorithms and trademarks are owned by DaChenAI or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly granted, you receive no other rights.

6. Subscriptions & Payment

Certain features (such as AI shooting guidance) require a paid membership. Pricing, auto-renewal and cancellation are described in the Subscription Terms below. Other features (camera, filters, beauty, capture history) are free.

7. Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

(1) As-is basis: The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or availability of AI suggestions or that they will produce any particular result. (2) Shooting risk & personal safety: All positioning, pose, movement and composition suggestions are creative photography advice for reference only. You are solely responsible for assessing the safety of your surroundings and for your own and others’ personal and property safety. Do not enter or remain on roadways, railways, water edges, cliffs, rooftops, construction sites, private property or any unsafe area, and do not violate any law or third-party rights, in order to frame a shot or strike a pose. You assume all risk of, and we are not liable for, any personal injury, accident, property damage or third-party claim arising from your following or relying on any suggestion in the App. (3) Third-party & external services: The App relies on external services including Apple (sign-in, subscriptions, payments) and a third-party speech-synthesis service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of, or any loss arising from, such services. (4) Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages (including loss of profits, data, personal injury or goodwill), whether based on contract, tort or any other theory and whether or not we were advised of the possibility. In no event will our aggregate liability for the App exceed the amount you actually paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim; if you paid nothing, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by applicable law. (5) Local mandatory rules: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you; in that case they apply to the fullest extent permitted by law, and your mandatory consumer-protection rights are unaffected. (6) Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claims, losses, liabilities and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the App, or violation of any law or third-party rights. (7) Governing law & disputes: To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by, and disputes resolved under, the laws of your place of habitual residence, with the competent courts there having jurisdiction; your mandatory consumer-protection rights are not affected.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified appropriately. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Products

Pip Pose Plus is the App’s paid membership, unlocking AI shooting guidance and other professional features. Monthly and yearly subscriptions are offered.

2. Pricing

The actual price, currency and taxes are those shown on the App Store purchase screen for your region before you confirm payment.

3. Free Trial

New users may receive a 7-day full-feature free trial. Unless canceled, the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the price above when it ends. You may cancel anytime during the trial at no charge.

4. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal charge occurs within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.

5. Manage & Cancel

You can manage or turn off auto-renewal anytime in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then.

6. Refunds

Subscription payments are processed by the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be made to Apple under Apple’s refund policy; we cannot directly refund purchases made through the App Store.

7. Restore Purchases

If you change or reinstall your device, you can restore an active subscription via Settings → Account → Restore Purchases.

8. Changes

We may change subscription pricing or terms; any change will be notified in advance as required by applicable law and take effect at your next billing cycle or upon re-subscription.
