1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Pip Pose (the “App”, developed and operated by DaChenAI, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects your information. By using the App you confirm that you have read and agree to this Policy. We follow a data-minimization principle: the App’s core analysis runs on your device and we never upload your photos.

2. Information We Process

• Photos & library: Photos you take are stored only on your device and in your system photo library. We do not upload, collect or access your photo content. • Camera & on-device analysis: To provide shooting guidance, the App analyzes the live camera frame (scene, lighting, objects, composition, pose) entirely on your device. These images never leave your device. • AI voice guidance (optional): When you enable voice, the App sends only the guidance text and a language code to our voice-synthesis service to generate audio. No photos, faces, body keypoints or identity data are sent. • Account info (optional): If you choose “Sign in with Apple”, we receive an Apple identifier and the name/email you choose to share, used to recognize your membership. This feature is optional and off by default. • Subscriptions & payments: Subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store. We do not collect or access your payment or card details. • What we do NOT collect: The App integrates no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs, collects no advertising identifier (IDFA), and performs no cross-app/cross-site tracking.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information solely to: provide and improve the guidance features, generate voice playback, recognize and maintain your membership/trial status, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.

4. Third Parties & Sharing

• Apple: Sign-in, subscriptions and payments are handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy. • Voice synthesis: When voice is enabled, guidance text and a language code are forwarded via our server to a third-party speech-synthesis service (Microsoft Azure Cognitive Speech) to generate audio; this involves no photos or identity data. • Other than the processing necessary to deliver these features, we do not sell or share your personal information with any third party, except as required by law or to protect legitimate rights.

5. Storage & Retention

Your photos and capture history are stored on your device and system library, fully under your control and deletable at any time. Voice audio may be briefly cached on device or server to improve performance; you can clear it via Settings → Albums & Storage → Clear Cache. If you used optional sign-in, related identifiers cease to be used once you delete your account or revoke authorization.

6. International Transfers

The App is distributed globally. Text requests generated when voice is enabled may be processed on servers outside your region. We transmit only the minimal text necessary to generate speech and apply reasonable safeguards.

7. Your Rights

To the extent applicable law allows (including GDPR and CCPA), you may access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. Because your photos and history are stored locally, you can delete them directly in the App or system library; to exercise rights over account information, contact us at the email below.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 14 (or the equivalent age under your local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us to delete it.

9. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by other appropriate means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
