How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Open iOS Settings → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Pip Pose, then manage or turn off auto-renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Is there a free trial?

New users get a 7-day full-feature free trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription automatically. You can cancel anytime during the trial at no charge.

How much does it cost?

Pip Pose Plus is offered monthly and yearly. The exact price, currency and taxes are those shown on the App Store purchase screen for your region.

How do I get a refund?

Subscription payments are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be made to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com — we cannot directly refund App Store purchases.

I changed phones / reinstalled. How do I restore my subscription?

In the app, go to Settings → Account → Restore Purchases to restore an active subscription.

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

No. Your photos stay on your device and in your system photo library. Camera analysis runs entirely on-device and images never leave your phone.

What does the voice guidance send?

When you enable voice playback, only the guidance text and a language code are sent to generate audio — never your photos, face, or identity data. You can turn voice off anytime in Settings.

How do I delete my photos or clear cache?

Delete photos directly in the app or your system Photos library. Clear cached audio via Settings → Albums & Storage → Clear Cache.
